City of Lethbridge Police Services

We have been supporting The Police Services at Lethbridge for the last few years. This work started with the implementation of focus groups and one on one interviews to support the leadership team of Lethbridge Police Services in addressing complex workplace issues within the Record Management Unit. This process supported Lethbridge Police Services in identifying the root cause of the friction within the department and provided recommendations on how to develop the department moving forward. In addition to supporting the Police Service with collecting data and providing recommendations, Jesse was engaged in 6 months of leadership support with the leaders of the department including one of the Police Service’s Inspectors.
