City of Leduc

The City of Leduc recently engaged Ember Experience to support developing and implementing an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Implementation plan. This work has included conducting an assessment, engaging in focus groups, identifying short, mid and long-term strategic Initiatives with measures, and creating an Implementation and change management plan. In addition, the team was responsible for assessing current policies and practices and reporting the findings, conducting listening tours (focus groups) and delivering multiple workshops to facilitate strategic planning efforts and identifying opportunities or strategic Initiatives that should be undertaken.
