City of Barrie

We have worked with the City of Barrie to conduct pulse surveys with staff and leadership and conduct listening tours to support several Initiatives. This included strategic benchmarking work, conducting a survey which assessed Individual experiences and listening tours. The outcome of this work was a more Inclusive, safe and effective culture throughout the City of Barrie, renewed expectations of the executive team and implementation of leading practices. In addition, this work helped the City of Barrie develop a clear plan to foster positive leadership dynamics, and respect in the workplace and address employee friction.
