Jesse is the leader and founder of Ember Experience, which supports organizations across Canada that are focused on evolving leadership and business practices to support humans in the workplace.
Jesse has over a decade of experience in leadership, business coaching, corporate well-being, strategy analysis and implementation. Jesse is a highly skilled public speaker, visionary thinker, and coach for senior leaders.

Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion shines through her career, marked by leadership positions on various boards and a seat on the Ontario Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors.
